The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to ensure The Finders Keepers' multi-channel campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and effectively. This role combines project management and copywriting, connecting messaging, content, and channels to ensure overlapping campaigns run smoothly from brief to delivery. This is a contract role with a view to becoming permanent.
You will join a collaborative marketing team and work closely with the Communications Manager, Brand & Digital Manager, Social Media & Audience Lead, and Graphic Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management / Project Delivery
* Manage marketing campaign timelines, workflows, and marketing calendar (Asana)
* Ensure campaigns across owned channels (email, social media, website, editorial) are executed on time and accurately
* Coordinate with internal team members to ensure all creative assets are produced and published
* Support at-event marketing execution as required (interstate travel)
Copywriting / Content
* Develop clear, compelling copy aligned with TFK brand across owned channels
* Adapt messaging for multiple channels while maintaining consistent tone of voice
* Assist with content planning, storytelling, and repurposing campaign assets
* Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with the Communications Manager to align copy and campaign execution with broader strategy
* Provide feedback and support to the creative production team
* Ensure campaign briefs, approvals, and publishing timelines are tracked and followed
About You
* 4+ years' experience in marketing/communications or agency/account management
* Skilled in project management and multi-channel campaign execution
* Strong copywriting ability for email, social media, website, and editorial content
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Proactive, collaborative, and aligned with TFK's values and culture
* Interest in creative industries, small independent brands, and markets-led content
