Disability Support Worker – Permanent Part Time
Interchange Shoalhaven is bringing on skilled Disability Support Workers who want stable, meaningful work in a team that takes the job seriously. We support participants with a wide range of needs, including complex and high-intensity supports, so we're looking for people who are confident in their practice, think clearly, and value good communication.
These are permanent part-time roles with stable hours and a consistent roster. We're looking for people with availability in the
***** hours per week
range — enough to build your practice, form proper working relationships, and avoid the burnout that comes with patchwork shifts.
The work
You'll support participants at home and in the community: personal care, daily routines, cooking, outings, building skills, and high-intensity supports where required. You'll be working in a team that communicates, plans ahead, and takes pride in providing safe, respectful support.

Cert III in Individual Support (or working towards it)
