About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Property Stylist to join our established, design-led styling company based in Sydney's Hills District. This is a full-time role for a stylist who operates at a high level, has a refined design eye, and takes pride in delivering consistently outstanding results.
You will be responsible for styling homes for sale with precision, intention and commercial awareness- creating aspirational spaces that photograph beautifully, resonate with buyers, and help our clients achieve premium sales outcomes. Our standards are high, our homes are immaculately presented, and our reputation is built on detail, professionalism and results.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and who sees styling not just as creativity, but as strategy.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct on-site property consultations and quotes, providing confident, tailored advice aligned with buyer demographics and campaign goals.
* Develop considered styling plans that maximise space, flow and emotional impact across each property.
* Curate and install furniture, artwork, soft furnishings and décor to an exceptional standard for photography and open inspections.
* Lead full property installs, including room layouts, artwork placement, bed dressing, styling and final detailing.
* Coordinate warehouse preparation, logistics, installs and collections with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Liaise professionally with agents, vendors and internal team members to ensure seamless campaigns and outstanding service delivery.
* Capture basic photo and video content where required, maintaining impeccable presentation at all times.
* Uphold brand standards on every project- no shortcuts, no compromises.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in property styling, interior styling or a closely related design role.
* A highly developed eye for design, proportion, colour and composition, with strong commercial awareness of buyer psychology.
* Confident working across a range of homes, including high-value and luxury properties.
* Physically capable and comfortable with the hands-on nature of installs and on-site work.
* Exceptionally organised, reliable and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Polished communication skills and a professional, well-presented personal style—you represent our brand in front of clients.
* Current NSW driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential.
