We are partnering with a leading Australian organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. They are seeking an experienced Project/Delivery Lead to oversee and coordinate data outcomes across the program. This is a delivery and orchestration role, not a hands-on data position. You will act as the central point of coordination across internal teams and system integrators, ensuring data migration and downstream data streams are aligned, governed, and delivered successfully. The role will see you responsible for end-to-end coordination of data activities across the program, ensuring alignment between migration, reporting, and planning streams. Key responsibilities include: Owning and coordinating data migration delivery across vendors and internal teams Acting as the central integration point across data migration, reporting/analytics, and financial planning streams Ensuring alignment between data activities, testing cycles, and cutover planning Establishing and driving data governance, validation, and sign-off frameworks Managing dependencies, risks, and issues across all data streams Ensuring clear ownership, sequencing, and delivery accountability across teams Providing visibility to stakeholders on data readiness, risks, and progress Challenging and guiding vendors to ensure delivery aligns with business expectations Key experience includes: Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Program Lead on SAP S/4HANA or large SAP Data transformations projects Must have worked on 1-2 recent SAP Data migration project Experience overseeing or coordinating data migration workstreams, without necessarily being hands-on Strong background in managing vendors and cross-functional teams Experience managing integrated plans, dependencies, and critical path activities Ability to establish and drive governance, structure, and ways of working Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Nice to have: Exposure to data and analytics or reporting streams Experience working alongside financial planning tools such as TM1 This is a key role within a high-profile S/4HANA transformation, offering the opportunity to own data delivery coordination end-to-end and work across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
