Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Delivery Leader to oversee our client service delivery across various key contracts in Western Australia.
This is an operational role supporting stakeholders and managing teams of technicians undertaking service, maintenance, repairs, and minor works projects to commercial buildings, shopping centres, supermarkets, utility providers, and government premises.
Key Responsibilities
* Operationally manage the Maintenance Trades Service delivery within contractual KPIs, budgets, corporate OHS, and client expectations.
* Undertake client stakeholder engagement, staff and sub-contractor management, and reporting to head-office.
Requirements
* Trade qualification as HVAC&R or Electrician.
* Over 3 years' experience as a Service Manager/Supervisor overseeing a team of mobile technicians.
* Strong P&L skills, stakeholder engagement, and man-management.
* Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
