We're looking for experienced Structural Landscapers or Trade Qualified individuals (especially in Carpentry, Bricklaying/Block laying, etc) who are ready to be challenged, learn new skills, and grow with a small, close-knit, and supportive team. About the Role & What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our ground team, you will be involved in the complete spectrum of landscaping works, from hardscape to softscape. You'll work both on the ground and at heights with no two days are the same, offering constant variety and the chance to use your trade skills in diverse ways across commercial and residential projects:
* Ground works: Preparing the site, moving soil, and establishing correct levels and slopes.
* Structural Works: Constructing retaining walls (wood, concrete, masonry, gabion, composite), building fences (wood, metal, composite, acoustic), raised garden beds, pergolas, and installing decking.
* Paving & Concrete: Laying concrete, paving, and installing specialised soft fall rubber surfaces.
* Planting & Drainage: Installing trees, plants, gardens, and drainage systems.
* Equipment Installation: Installing playground equipment and other site fixtures.
* Lawns: Preparing and laying natural and synthetic turf.
* Decorative Features: Creating stone stairs, paths, dry creek beds, water features, seating.

What We're Looking For (The Essentials)
We are seeking individuals who want to be challenged, embrace learning, and have a passion for turning a muddy site into a picture-perfect landscape.
* Trade Qualification (Highly Preferred): Qualifications in Landscape Construction, Carpentry, Bricklaying, or Block laying are highly regarded and an advantage.
* Experience: Proven experience in structural landscaping or a similar construction trade role.
* Materials Knowledge: Experience working with timber, brick, concrete, stone, or other landscaping materials, with a willingness to learn new skills.
* Character: Personal pride in your work, a commitment to doing the job right the first time, and a strong collaborative mindset.
* Requirements: Valid Australian Driver's Licence, White Card, and full rights to work in Australia.
