Your new role: As an Advanced Clinical Occupational Therapist (HP5) within Trauma and Surgical Services, you will provide high-level, specialised OT services while leading clinical practice, education and service development across the department. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering advanced assessment and intervention for complex trauma and surgical patients * Providing clinical leadership, consultancy and mentoring to occupational therapists and allied health staff * Leading development of evidence-based clinical practices, protocols and education initiatives * Contributing to service improvement, data analysis, research and innovation About you: You are a confident, experienced Occupational Therapist with advanced clinical expertise and a passion for leadership, education and service improvement.
