We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who has worked in Banking & Finance with deep financial collections experience.
Must Have
* Recent, hands-on experience delivering end-to-end collections
* Experience working on large scall technology transformation initiatives
* Experience working with decision engines & DCA integration
* Significant IT Business Analyst experience in enterprise scales projects
* Strong experience in Agile environments commercial experience in applying formal methodologies such as BABOK, Scrum, BPMN
* You thrive in a constantly changing and dynamic work environments
* Excellent people and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive approach with client and a drive to exceed expectations
* A flexible and adaptable attitude
