Water Resources Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our Australian water team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who has experience in delivering projects across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific.
The successful candidate will contribute to key water resource projects supporting strategic planning, asset management, and international development initiatives. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects, build relationships with clients, and develop junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver water resources and dam safety management projects including water security assessments, water resource planning studies, and emergency planning.
* Collaborate with teams to secure, manage, and deliver projects.
* Build trusted relationships with clients and stay at the forefront of technological developments, research, and industry best practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Chartered Professional Engineer (or in the process of becoming chartered).
* Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or a closely related engineering discipline.
* Strong understanding of water industry standards and best practices.
* Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence project outcomes.
* Experience delivering projects in consulting environments.
* Proven track record in water resources and dams projects.
