* Lead and grow the UniShop Book Club, including monthly selections and sessions
* Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure the shop reflects current trends in books
About you
You are passionate about books and understand the industry, from publishers to trends and events. You are equally comfortable behind the scenes managing stock and systems as you are on the shop floor engaging with customers.
You are proactive and organised and thrive in a collaborative environment taking pride in delivering high‐quality outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Experience in stock purchasing, inventory management, or retail operations
* Sound knowledge of the book industry

In return we offer the following perks and benefits:

* Salary packaging available, including the ability to salary sacrifice campus parking and a gold gym membership with UniActive for only $2 per week
* Opportunities to learn and grow beyond retail. UOW Pulse runs gyms, retail outlets, student engagement activities, UniBar and more on campus, with all business units working together to enrich student experience and bring the campus to life
