As a seasonal Concierge Team Member, you will be the face of our centre and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers during the festive season.
Festive Duties:
* Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers
* Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
* Provide directions, information, and solutions to enhance the customer experience
* Promote and sell gift cards and other services
