A great opportunity has become available for an experiencedTraining Co-ordinator to join a highly regarded government training centre located in the Ipswich region. This is a hands‐on, customer‐focused role requiring attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to assist in the delivery of high‐quality learning and development outcomes.
Ideally, you will have a background working with a Registered Training Organisation (or internal Learning and Development team) to undertake a range of administrative, functions associated with training delivery, including:
* Maintain the LMS and competency framework, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate training delivery and competency assessments.
* Manage training records, verify data, and generate reports.
* Provide administrative support for training standards, LMS processes, and team operations.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support training activities.
* Monitor workflows, prioritise tasks, and meet service delivery standards.
* Assist with projects, research, and process improvements.
* Prepare training schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and process related claims.
* Support procurement of training materials and contract administration.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
* Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a training or RTO environment.
* High level of communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to support effective and positive working relationships.
* Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage your workload effectively whilst working with competing priorities.
* Competence and confidence learning and using a range of technical systems (including intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook).
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable
