Greener by Nature is seeking highly motivated and experienced gardeners to join our team. As a gardener with us, you will be responsible for maintaining gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pruning and trimming of hedges, trees, and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain attractive appearance.
* Maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use and optimal plant health.
* Operating chainsaws and other gardening equipment safely and effectively.
* Using spray equipment to apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as required.
* Assisting clients with plant recommendations to enhance their garden's aesthetic appeal.
* Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
* Providing excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and responsive to client needs.
* Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in gardening, an unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, physical fitness, and a positive attitude. Above award rates are negotiable based on abilities.
