The Digital Engagement and Experience Marketing Manager is critical to this transformation, sitting at the heart of our digital uplift program. You will shape and deliver our digital and Martech strategy—turning insight, data and technology into meaningful, high-impact customer experiences.

What will I be delivering?
* Lead the design and delivery of an integrated MarTech ecosystem that enables connected customer experiences and stronger ROI.
* Evolve the marketing technology stack to improve targeting, insight and scalable growth.
* Establish governance and operating models that drive adoption, reduce risk and maximise technology investment.
* Drive digital and data strategy that supports the delivery of measurable commercial outcomes across acquisition, engagement and retention.
* Lead the go-to-market digital roadmap, aligning brand, CX and communications for consistent impact.
* A simplified and optimised digital landscape, including platform consolidation, SEO performance and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
About you:
The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of expertise across marketing technology transformation, data-driven digital marketing engagement and customer experience optimisation.
You have strong experience ideally gained both in-house and within leading agencies, with a proven track record defining and guiding technology ecosystem strategy for large-scale digital and MarTech transformations. Highly regarded for your ability to design, architect and optimise complex marketing technology ecosystems, you can assess current state and define a clear, unified target architecture.
You have led major digital re-platforming or website consolidation programs end-to-end and are a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating technical decisions into stronger digital performance, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
You bring hands-on experience designing and integrating MarTech stacks, building unified customer or marketing data foundations, and executing campaigns using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, alongside a strong understanding of enterprise SEO through platform change.
