We're expanding in Perth's Northern Corridor (Wanneroo, Yanchep) and are looking for experienced therapists to join our multidisciplinary team.
About the role
As Speech Pathologist (Advanced), you'll:
* Deliver evidence‐based therapy to people living with disability
* Manage your caseload with flexibility to shape your day and areas of interest
* Empower customers through a person‐centred approach
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team using the key worker model
* Provide therapy across hub and community settings
* Work closely with families, schools, hospitals, and other support networks
* Mentor and support less experienced clinicians, contributing to a positive team culture
* Champion continuous improvement, reflective practice and quality outcomes
Full Time and Part Time positions available
Wanneroo and/or Yanchep hub location base with flexible work options
About You

You'll also need:
* A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Speech Pathology Australia membership
* Minimum of 5 years experience working with customers with complex needs
* Driver's Licence & ability to travel for community visits
* Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, National Police Clearance, First Aid)
* Right to Work in Australia
