What You'll Do
Work across a diverse range of matters: commercial disputes, employment law, transport and maritime matters, and more.
Draft pleadings, advice, and correspondence with increasing autonomy.
Appear and work in court, the Fair Work Commission, and the Industrial Relations Commission (IRC) where appropriate.
Collaborate closely with the principal and senior associate.
Brief and work with some of the best barristers in the country.
Receive excellent training and mentoring to hone your legal skills.
Direct client access.
Contribute to firm initiatives and business development.
Enjoy plenty of room for growth and increasing responsibility.
Make a real impact through meaningful work with clients who value our approach.
Who You Are
A lawyer with at least 1 year PAE, or a graduate with strong paralegal experience in a litigation firm or employment firm.
Goal-oriented and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in professional development and building a rewarding legal career.
Already working in employment law and keen to broaden your practice, or a generalist litigator ready to deepen your expertise.
A confident communicator with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
Curious, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of your work.
