Main Responsibilities:
* Lead quality improvement initiatives
* Embed safety and quality principles across clinical areas
* Manage risk and ensure timely quality audits
* Guide organisational alignment with NSQHS Standards
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Senior experience in quality/safety leadership within a healthcare setting
* Demonstrated success managing risk and quality improvement initiatives
* Knowledge of NSQHS Standards and hospital performance indicators
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience in multi-site healthcare delivery preferred
