About the Role
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for tackling all types of technical work from switching and wireless through to firewalling and cybersecurity.
This includes providing on-site and remote systems engineering services to our diverse customer base.
* Services will include delivery excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
* General application support, basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, creating file sharing connections.
* Collaboration with the BAU Team to manage customer expectations and resolve highly technical issues in a timely manner.
* Management of end-point software installation and licensing, as well as end-user device setup and transfer.
