About the Role
You will provide administrative support to Regional Directors, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate calendars with internal stakeholders like the Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team.
* Work collaboratively with other EA's to align manager's calendars.
Requirements include tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and experience supporting senior stakeholders, preferably in community services.
Additional requirements include the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within timeframes.
