Optical Dispenser Role
This position involves delivering exceptional eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year's experience in the optical industry or 2+ years in retail sales, with a strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by Optometrists.
2. Building meaningful relationships with our clients that give them reasons to visit us again.
3. Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
* Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident, clear, and effective communication skills.
* Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships.
* A positive and friendly manner is essential for this role.
* While an Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired, it's not essential for the position.
