The Role
We're looking for a bright, motivated Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our marketing crew. Reporting to our Creative Director, you'll design creative solutions that bring our brand to life across every channel — packaging, digital, social, in-store, and more.
This is a hands-on role where you'll:
* Concept, design and deliver standout creative across digital, social, print, packaging and beyond.
* Own the design process end-to-end — from early concepts through to finished artwork and print-ready files.
* Work closely with the marketing team to deliver projects in line with creative briefs.
* Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure every detail (colours, stock, barcodes, timelines) is nailed.
* Contribute to the evolution of our brand guidelines and keep Remedy's look and feel consistent everywhere it shows up.
About You
You're a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into sharp, polished design. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to balance creativity with deadlines. Most importantly, you're excited to use your skills to help people make healthier choices.
You'll bring:
* 2+ years' experience in a design studio, agency, or as a freelancer.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) plus Microsoft Office basics.
* Strong skills in typography, layout, and detail, with solid knowledge of print processes.
* Ability to flex your style across different brands and markets.
* Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
* A collaborative, upbeat attitude — you'll thrive in a close-knit, supportive team.
* Bonus points for animation, illustration, or social media design experience.
