You Will
* Set up, manage and maintain project databases in dRofus, including rooms, equipment, finishes and briefing data.
* Ensure clear alignment between brief, dRofus and Revit, supporting model integration, data consistency and quality control.
* Support architects and designers to use dRofus effectively in their day‑to‑day workflows.
* Coordinate with BIM and digital teams on best practice for health projects.
* Participate in user group workshops and stakeholder meetings, capturing requirements and updating dRofus / Revit content.
* Assist with producing schedules, reports and extracts from dRofus for client sign‑off, authorities and project controls.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of our digital delivery approach in the Health sector.
About You
We look forward to welcoming someone with experience on complex hospital or health projects, and who enjoys working at the intersection of design, data and digital tools.

* Strong experience with Revit and dRofus on live projects, including database setup and ongoing management.
* Understanding of health planning principles and relevant guidelines (e.g. AHFG / local health department guidelines).
* Ability to interpret clinical and stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear room, space and data structures.
* Strong coordination and communication skills, comfortable supporting and guiding project teams in their use of digital tools.
* High attention to detail and a systematic approach to data quality, naming conventions and standards.
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture or a related discipline; registration or working towards registration is highly regarded.
