Carehaven Services is seeking compassionate and skilled community nurse to offer clinical support to one of our DVA clients in Griffith NSW 2680. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Roles Available:
Community Nurse (Clinical Care)
* Manage and administer medications
* Monitor blood sugar levels and vital signs
* Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as needed
* Provide health education and support to clients and their families
* Respond to urgent care needs within scope of practice
Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
* Compassionate, patient-centred approach
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel locally to client homes

Pay: $53.00 – $120.00 per hour
