* A Registered Expert: Significant post-registration experience with demonstrated competence in surgical and paediatric nursing.
* A Proven Leader: Experience in management roles with highly developed skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and complex problem-solving.
* A Change Agent: Ability to facilitate change management and implement evidence-based research into practice.
* A Collaborative Partner: Skilled at building deep professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external community organisations.
The Requirements
* Current registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Satisfactory National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
* Compliance with Category A immunisation requirements
