Job Overview
You will play a vital role in coordinating bookings, events and services for our customers. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work with all levels of management will ensure seamless delivery of our services.
* Coordinate bookings, events and services for customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high standard of presentation in meeting rooms.
* Liaise with hosts, wait staff and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
* Maintain accurate records, including room usage statistics and invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must have:
* 5+ years experience in corporate events and/or catering.
* Reception experience, including answering switchboards and managing meeting rooms.
* Previous experience supervising small events.
* Barista experience.
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling Certificate.
* Silver service experience.
* Worked as part of a small team.
* Delivered high standards of customer service.
* Demonstrated common sense and initiative.
* Used problem-solving skills.
* Displayed organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Moderate knowledge of MS Office programs, including Outlook.
* Ability to work with all levels of management.
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety responsibilities in a corporate catering environment.
* Excellent written and communications skills.
* Ability to work independently.
