Job Title: Strategic Talent Advisor
The Strategic Talent Advisor role is an exciting opportunity to advise and support individuals, particularly leaders, as they navigate people and talent development opportunities.
This position will develop and implement talent development initiatives that will enable the achievement of agency goals.
Key responsibilities include building partnerships with senior leaders, managers, and members providing leadership, guidance, support, coaching, and advice in talent development activities.
Collaborate with leaders and across teams to provide coaching, advice, and training to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of talent-related programs, strategies, frameworks, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Key skills and qualifications:
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Ability to critically analyze complex people issues and develop creative solutions
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or extensive HR experience in a complex operational environment
* Thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months
