Project Manager Role
This is a key member position in our Customer Digital Platform team, focused on delivering initiatives that enhance customer experience and improve our systems.
Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders and team members.
They will monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure budget alignment with approved financial plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective time management and stakeholder engagement.
* Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes, fostering collaboration and open communication.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in project management, business administration, digital platforms, or related discipline.
* Industry certifications in project management such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile are highly desirable.
* Demonstrated proficiency in various business and digital applications, utilizing technology to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
