The Opportunity: Ground Crew / Observer
We are currently seeking highly motivated, safety-focused Ground Crew / Observers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be responsible for pruning, cutting, and removing trees and branches across WA on the Western Power Network.
Key Responsibilities
* Prune, Cut, and remove branches
* Operate Chainsaws, Chippers, and other tree maintenance equipment
* Identify and assess on-site hazards
* Work collaboratively to ensure safe work practices
Requirements
* Willingness and ability to work away from the depot as required
* Strong physical fitness and endurance
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Valid manual driver's licence (MR licence or higher a plus)
* Commitment to a substance-free (drug and alcohol-free) workplace
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Desirable (but not essential) Qualifications)
* Construction White Card
* MR/HR Drivers Licence
* First Aid and CPR Certification
