Workforce Planner Role Overview
About the Department
The department aims to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government. Our goal is to bring important day-to-day services together in one department, making things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses.
We achieve this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring we meet our objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate work volume forecasts and resource requirements using historical data.
* Create rosters to ensure demand is met within departmental requirements.
* Assist the support service team with updating and maintaining knowledge articles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in workforce planning, rostering or workforce management in a contact centre or high volume transactional environment.
* Previous experience completing quality monitoring in a contact centre environment.
* Demonstratable time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Confident and able to communicate effectively with a diverse cohort of people.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
