Latrobe Valley Village in Central Gippsland is seeking to hire Grade 2 Registered Nurses for all shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight).
Latrobe Valley Village is a private, not-for-profit aged care facility within Gippsland. We are known for providing quality care in a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for staff.
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive Grade 2 Registered Nurses to join our skilled team. At LVV, you will be part of a dedicated, dynamic, and forward-thinking team focused on resident care. Each shift is supervised by a Registered Nurse, with RN (G2)/EN staff assisting with wound management, medication administration, and resident care needs.

Assessing and addressing the health needs of residents.
Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the facility, fostering community among residents and staff.
Participating in ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in aged care nursing.
Support will be provided by a Grade 5 Registered Nurse throughout your shifts.
Current Practicing Certificate and registration with APHRA.
Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
Provision of a current (within 3 years) Police Check Report.
Provision of Commonwealth of Australia Statutory Declaration (Residency/Offences) upon commencement.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in computer-based systems and accurate, timely recording of findings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
Knowledge of aged care or health systems.
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care.
