Customer Experience Specialist
Job Role:
As a key member of our team, you will support customers as they navigate their bathroom renovation journey. You will be responsible for creating personalized experiences and providing expert advice to help customers achieve their dream bathroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome customers in person and over the phone
* Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products that meet their needs and preferences
* Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Use our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life
* Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
* Ensure the showroom is running smoothly and safely at all times
Requirements:
We are seeking someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service who enjoys building relationships and helping others. The ideal candidate will be energetic, take initiative, and be willing to learn and grow.
