Role Details
Full Time, Fixed Term (12 months)
Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga.
Other locations / remote work considered.
Responsibilities
As the Learning Technologies Officer, you will be responsible for the management, administration and support of Learning Technologies within the University.
You will manage the release and change management process for system upgrade cycles and enhancements.
This includes evaluating the release, testing, training, communication and deployment for the release.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and provision of training to staff and external parties in the use of the systems, supporting users, troubleshooting issues and analysing business processes to ensure users obtain maximum benefit from the applications.
Qualifications
Relevant IT qualification with experience working with web based applications, or similar.
A demonstrated service focus with experience in supporting application users.
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems at a complex level and experience in functional and user acceptance testing, including the development of user testing scripts.
Proven ability to work independently and think analytically to solve problems.
Prior experience with InPlace highly regarded
