Early Childhood Educator
Part-time | Up to 18 hours per week
Maternity Leave Cover – Until February 2027 (with possibility of extension)
Jamestown Community Children's Centre is seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly and supportive team on a part time maternity leave cover basis, from mid March until February 2027, with the possibility of extension.
This role offers up to 18 hours per week, working across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
We are also inviting applications from educators interested in joining our casual relief list, with opportunities to cover planned and unplanned absences across the Centre.

You will:
* Work collaboratively within a dedicated and supportive team
* Provide a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for children
* Support children's learning in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
About You
You will have:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards)
* A current Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
* Availability to work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (for the part-time role)
