ROLE DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching a variety of levels of Design and Technology from Years 7-12. The ideal candidate will be proficient in teaching in a number of specialties in Design and Technology including Metalwork and Woodwork. Experience with electronics, CAD, 3D printing and metalworking is highly desirable. Applicants should be comfortable with incorporating technology as part of classroom practice.
Applicants must have a genuine love of learning and be able to demonstrate a commitment to student centred-learning, collaborative practice, pastoral care, co-curricular responsibilities, and the values of the College.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of a Diploma of Education
* Current registration with Teachers Registration Board Western Australia
* Current Working With Children Check
* Willingness to obtain Accreditation for Teachers
* The ability to teach Religious Education would be advantageous but not essential
