Junior Chef Position
We are seeking a motivated junior chef to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established guidelines and recipes
* Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with tasks such as food assembly, plating, and presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, adhering to health and safety standards
The role may involve fast-paced tasks including lifting boxes, standing for long periods, and utilising stairs.
Requirements:
* Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Food Handlers Certificate
* Experience working in a pub/bistro environment, preferably in a similar role
* Understanding of fundamental cooking methods and recipe execution, with a focus on quality and presentation
