Job Title
The Autonomous Fleet Solutions Manager will lead the execution and delivery of autonomous fleet systems across customer mining operations. This role ensures the successful deployment and operational integration of these systems — across people, process, technology, and infrastructure — in alignment with safety, productivity, and sustainability objectives.
* Oversee the full end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale autonomy programs.
* Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team.
* Align all program activities with governance frameworks, strategic milestones, and long-term autonomy and decarbonisation objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mining operations and autonomous systems, including haulage, drilling, tele-remote and related technologies. They must also have experience managing complex projects or programs within the mining sector.
