Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with individuals who require support to manage their behaviours.

As a PBS clinician, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and designing impactful therapy plans in diverse environments.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand participant requirements and develop tailored therapy plans
* Build strong professional relationships with participants and their families to ensure effective support
* Celebrate milestones and achievements with participants, acknowledging every step forward as a significant achievement

What We're Looking For

We seek qualified PBS clinicians who share our passion for improving lives. If you are driven, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional support, we want to hear from you.

* PBS registration or equivalent qualification
* Relevant qualifications such as Psychology or Social Work are highly regarded
* A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
* An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* At least 3 years of experience working in behaviour support
