We are looking for a MEX Specialist with experience in scheduling corrective and planned maintenance and liaising with key stakeholders to provide advice and support. This is an extremely fast-paced role with a well-known national client which requires a high level of resilience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.
**About the role**:
- High volume of data entry into the maintenance system MEX, which includes inputting work orders, labour hours, and parts/consumables
- Ordering and retrieving spare parts for scheduled maintenance works
- Coordinate and plan maintenance jobs using MEX for predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance works
- Prepare schedules for internal staff and external contractors using MEX
- Liaise with key stake holders within the business for scheduling purposes to ensure mínimal downtime
- Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance works
**Skills & Experience**:
- Sound understanding of maintenance planning within FMCG (preferred)
- High level of experience and knowledge of MEX software
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills - to make on the spot decisions
- High level of computing and communication skills
- Have a reliable method of transport to the site
- Must have full working rights within Australia (VISA holders are encouraged to apply)
- Double vaccination against Covid-19
