Your Role and Responsibilities
As Policy Governance Specialist, you will oversee the drafting, development, and delivery of organisational policies and procedures. Working closely with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders, you will translate complex information into clear, accessible documents.
Key Accountabilities
* Coordinate policy activities to ensure timely completion within agreed timelines.
* Undertake benchmarking and research to embed best practice and innovation in policy design.
* Benchmarking and research will be used to build strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure that policies are practical, relevant, and future-focused.
Requirements
* Proven experience at a senior level in organisational policy development.
* Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills to deliver outcomes on time.
* Experience working in large, complex environments will be highly regarded.
