Program Leader Family Violence Services and Collaboration
About the position
The Program Leader Family Violence Services and Collaboration provides effective day to day leadership and operational management to the Family Violence Services and Collaboration program employees and facilitates a coordinated leadership response with the Team Lead of The Orange Door and relevant Orange Door Practice Leads.
The programs in the scope of this role include but are not limited to:
· Family Violence Services - including Victim Survivor case management, therapeutic interventions, RAMP, after-hours response service and family violence sector support roles
· Homelessness Support;
· Perpetrator Case Management; and
· Support, collaboration with and integration with The Orange Door Team in the delivery of the Orange Door services and streamlined pathways to core GCH services.
The Program Leader Family Violence Services and Collaboration is responsible for providing; leadership to employee; creating and maintaining a psychologically safe and sustainable working environment that is responsive to client needs. A key part of this role is monitoring performance and employee wellbeing; and reporting opportunities for operational improvements, organisational efficiencies and program improvement to the Manager of Family Violence.
Skills and experience
· Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or a related field (minimum Diploma level; degree preferred). Or other relevant qualifications in line with the mandatory minimum qualification's framework for family violence
· Tertiary level business or Leadership related qualifications, (Diploma Levels also acceptable)
