ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: Site Supervisor– Full-Time | Permanent
Projects: Tamworth to Armidale, NSW
Location: Work from client sites
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee four live construction projects across four separate sites, located throughout the Tamworth to Armidale region of NSW.
Projects range from refurbishments and upgrades through to structural, roofing, and civil works, all within the aged care and retirement living sector. These are live operational environments, requiring strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure minimal disruption to residents and facility operations.
You will be responsible for coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing timelines, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise and coordinate site activities across four concurrent projects
* Manage subcontractors and trades onsite
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company policies
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Liaise with clients, facility managers, and internal stakeholders
* Conduct site inspections and ensure works are delivered to specification
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and securing future work opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
* Prior experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Construction Manager, or in a similar related role, preferably within the aged care sector.
* Background as a tradesperson and trade qualification.
* Valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
* Ability to obtain a police clearance.
* COVID-19 vaccination and willingness to receive an annual flu vaccination.
