Oaks Brisbane Woolloongabba Suites are looking for a Guest Service Agent who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join the team on a casual basis.
Responsibilities include:
* Welcome and check in guests
* Communicate professionally
* Make bookings
* Assist guests during their stay
Monday to Sunday rotating roster. Shifts might start from 6:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 9:00pm.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
* The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
* Professional presentation essential
* Availability to work a variety of shifts on a part-time basis, including weekends and public holidays
