While driving high-quality, person-centred care across Open Minds' Medicare Mental Health Services, our centres offer assessment, triage, warm referrals, immediate and short-medium term support for people with varying levels of need, including those in crisis.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across health services, community organisations, and government, leading co-design initiatives with people with lived experience.
* Establish and coordinate consortia, advisory groups, and governance forums, including contract oversight, to support effective service implementation and evaluation.
* Design and deliver community development strategies that promote mental health awareness, ensure culturally safe engagement, and strengthen community resilience.
* Lead end-to-end projects, including planning, delivery, evaluation, and quality improvement, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
* Represent the organisation in external forums, prepare high-quality communications, and advocate for integrated, equitable access to mental health services.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Community Development, Mental Health, Health Promotion, or related field.
* Current Driver Licence
* Current Blue Card
* Current National Police Check
* Strong knowledge of mental health service systems and community health priorities.
