What You'll Be Doing:
Online Pick-Pack & Warehouse Ops
Pick and pack online and commercial orders with precision and care.
Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules.
Receive, unpack, and prepare stock for sale or display.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse space.
Sales & Customer Service
Help customers find the right tools and gear with confidence and product knowledge.
Provide top-notch service and advice.
Process sales accurately and follow up on orders and payments.
Support in-store merchandising and stock presentation.
What We're Looking For:
You've got trade experience (bonus points, but not essential) and a passion for tools and gear.
You enjoy a good yarn with customers and take pride in helping them get the job done right.
You're reliable, a team player, and open to working some weekends.
You bring a great attitude and energy to the floor every day.
