Overview
The client-side Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering construction and fit-out projects from inception through to completion. You will collaborate with Principal contractors, sub-contractors and specialist teams to ensure projects are met with quality, safety and budget expectations.
Responsibilities
* Driving project outcomes with business objectives.
* Coordinate with the Design, Project Managements and Facilities Managements to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards.
* Manage Commercial construction and fit-out contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and contractors.
* Managing project budgets to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
About You
A strong leader, organisational, and communication skills, with excellent organisational, communication skills, as well as a proven background in managing complex commercial construction or fit-out projects.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Manager or Project Director (Ideally client-side).
* Demonstrated experience in the commercial construction sector across corporate offices, Data Centres, Hospitals or Telecoms centres.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
