Responsibilities
Oversee the internal team in the execution of performance marketing channels, particularly Paid Search, Shopping & Product Feeds across their allocated client sets
Quality control of implementation to ensure allocated clients are following best in class practices, not just including channel implementation but additional processes such as forecasting and budget management
Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs
Assist the Performance Director to develop Pattern's performance marketing product offering in line with best in class, and setting the standard for best practice implementation across new and emerging channels
