Join Olympus Corporation as our Supply Chain Manager (ANZ) and take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, cost optimisation, and service performance across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. You will play a key role in shaping the supply chain strategy while ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations across ANZ
* Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Oversee international freight, domestic logistics, and 3PL warehousing providers
* Own and embed Integrated Business Planning (IBP) aligned with regional/global standards
* Manage supply chain KPIs across service, cost, and quality performance
* Optimise inventory, procurement, and distribution processes
* Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory, and OH&S requirements
* Partner with Commercial, Customer Operations, Finance, and APAC stakeholders
* Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing supply chain team
What we are looking for
* 10+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations within a multinational environment
* 5+ years in a functional leadership role and extensive people leadership experience
* Strong expertise in IBP, logistics, distribution, and customer operations
* Experience managing international freight, customs, and 3PL providers
* Proven ability to drive cost optimisation and process improvement initiatives
* Hands‐on experience with SAP and supply chain systems
* Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and project management capability
