Downers Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Workforce Planning Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting workforce scheduling mobilisation and engagement across our projects. This position ensures smooth workforce coordination accurate compliance and timely reporting to enable operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
This opportunity will be based in our Perth WA office working an 8 / 6 roster. An allowance will be provided on top of the salary package due to this note this is a 16 month fixed term role with potential for extension.
What We Are Looking For
* Certificate or diploma in Business Administration Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 12 years experience in workforce scheduling coordination or HR support roles ideally within construction industrial or utilities sectors.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with proficiency in scheduling tools and MS Office (especially Excel).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
* A proactive team-oriented approach with a commitment to compliance and workforce engagement.
