Help create unforgettable experiences for children across Australia, Ireland, the UK and New Zealand JAG is looking for a Product & Events Manager to design, develop and enhance our School Holiday programs. This role blends creativity, strategy and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences for primary school‑aged children.
What You'll Do
* Lead lifecycle management of our School Holiday programs, improving the experiences, quality, engagement and attendance.
* Develop fun, innovative program themes for the School Holiday Programs.
* Use insights, data and customer feedback to develop and improve offerings.
* Engage with suppliers, vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional program experiences.
* Develop and manage School Holiday plans reviewing operational performance.
* Ensure safety compliance, quality assurance and commercial viability across programs.
