Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service experience that leaves a lasting impression on clients.
* Issue software purchase and rental quotes, process accepted quotes, and coordinate with the business support team for timely delivery.
* Provide training support by issuing software training quotes, processing accepted quotes, and managing accounts receivable related to training services.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate management of accounts receivable and payable processes for all products and services.
* Manage inventory by taking charge of stock management, ensuring availability and proper management of licenses and associated dongles.
